With effective combustion technology, the Pro Venturix improves combustion of the gas which minimizes the risk of un-burned gas that might get stuck under the membranes. This reducing the risk of fire hazards that usually are not detectable.
How can we reduce operating costs and reduce CO2 emissions?
Combining the effective combustion technology with the multi-core flames, the Pro Venturix achieves a more efficient 100 mm power flame that heats the specific welding area, therefore reducing gas operating costs and CO2 emissions. A traditional burner has a longer power flame but it also results in energy loss in terms of higher operating costs.
How can we improve overall work environment?
The overall noise of traditional burners can reach above 100 dB which can cause hearing damage if not used with ear protection. The Pro Venturix reduces the noise level down to 82 dB further protecting the user. Be aware that to always use ear protection on a worksite if other tools an high noise levels are present.
How can we maintain and improve the durability of traditional burners?
Waterproofing is a tough job and we understand that. By using high grade materials such as Titanium, the Pro Venturix can withstand tough conditions.
The Pro Venturix S130 / S90 burners have a slim anti friction design to make overlap welding easier. You simply insert the burner under the overlap area and then simply drag the burner along.
